You must provide the conference code PMIC when reserving rooms to obtain the reduced rate.

 In order to receive the group rate, reservations must be made before September 30, 2023.

Guest Room Rates

  • Guest Room:  $154.00
  • One Bedroom Suite:  $264.00
  • Two Bedroom Suite:  $364.00

 Additional Notes:

  • Hotel room and suite rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 5.725% and 3% county lodging tax, per room, per night) in effect at the time of check in.
  • Guest room rates are applicable for up to four guests per room.  
  • Specific room requests such as the number of beds, etc. can be requested at the time the reservation is made.
  • Special requests are limited and are based on availability.
  • The special group rate will apply two days before and after the official program dates, based on guestroom availability.
  • Check-in Time is 4pm and Check-out Time is 11am.
  • Early arrivals and/or late check-outs cannot be guaranteed. Margaritaville will be able to arrange luggage storage for those arriving early or for those planning a late departure.
