Cancellation Policy

1 Purpose

This policy establishes guidelines for reservation cancellation of an event offered by the PMI Mid-Missouri Chapter.

2 Persons Affected

2.1 PMI Mid-Missouri Chapter events are available to both members and non-members.

3 Cancellation Process

3.1 Registrants for an event may send a substitute to attend. This arrangement does not require prior notification to the chapter.

3.2 Registrants for an event may cancel prior to the registration deadline which is posted along with the event notice.

3.2.1 Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to the VP of Professional Development at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before the event deadline in order to receive a refund.

3.2.2 A 10% processing fee will be applied to the refund.

3.2.3 Refunds will be issued via PayPal credit or through a check mailed to the individual.
