The registration close date is indicated with all event registrationdetails. The close date is important because after that date, the chapter establishes final foodand beverage arrangements with the venue, for which the chapter must pay at event closure.Other activities are also completed in preparation for the event date based upon the number ofregistrations at registration close date and time.
The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for reservation cancellation of an eventThe purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for reservation cancellation of an eventoffered by the PMI Mid-Missouri Chapter so that we protect the financial commitments made forholding the event and minimize financial loss to the chapter.
PMI Mid-Missouri Chapter events are available to both members and non-members. Registrations completed by either members or non-members are included in the scope of this policy.
On the event date, a registrant may send a substitute to attend. This arrangement does not require prior notification to the chapter. The substitute only needs to show up and indicate whose registration will be applied for their attendance. Sign-in will be obtained from the substitute.
Registrants for an event may cancel prior to the registration deadline, which is posted online along with the event notice. Receipt of advance notice cancellation as described in this policy will initiate a PayPal refunding process to the registrant.
- Cancellation Processing Fee: A 10% processing fee will be applied to the refund. Amount of refund sent via PayPal to the registrant will be reduced by the processing fee amount.
- Refund Delivery: Refunds (less the 10% processing fee) will be issued via PayPal credit.
