Chapter Event

We have found ourselves in the position of mostly working from home. We are now, remote project managers. What can you do to be effective while remote? How do you maintain a peaceful co-existence between your professional and personal life? Please join us to discuss being remote; learn and share ideas – remotely.

Even the most entry-level project managers can usually recite the five phases of a project. Unfortunately, we often receive projects that have skipped a phase (or two) or at least did not take advantage of the key benefits of each phase.

We will spend five lunch meetings the individual phases. We will recap the “what should happen,” lament the “what gets missed,” and share best practices and course-correction tips. We hope you can join us for each month – but if not, we hope you will pop in for the phases where you or your teams need the most support!
