COMO PM Network - Using the Business Case

COMO PM Network - Using the Business Case

Project managers are often handed projects already in process. Other times, we are invited to the table early, but as we sit in meetings, it is hard to figure out how the “end game” of a project will be defined. Both of these situations would benefit from taking the time to work through a Business Case! During this session, we are going to take a look at an actual business case and
talk through how you can build this document to determine ROI, form the basis of a cost benefit analysis, and determine a clear path for a project charter.
