Projects are by nature risky. They introduce change, involve people, and each one is unique. Whether we acknowledge them or not, risks are lurking around as we work to keep our projects on track to meeting the goals, budget, and schedule. Let’s take this time to look at a simple approach to identifying, developing and communicating a plan that you can use to manage project risk, and not ignore it.
