Rhonda Haake has served on the Mid-Missouri Chapter’s Board of Directors for the past 8years in various positions, and will serve as President during 2020-2021. Through her years ofvolunteer service she has gained considerable understanding of the chapter’s operations,strengths, and challenges. She has extensive experience in the project managementprofession, and a personal dedication to helping build effective teams and successfullycomplete projects. In any role, she is known to roll up her sleeves and help get work done,with a servant leader mindset.

Rhonda works as a Technology Infrastructure Project Manager and Team Lead for VeteransUnited Home Loans in Columbia. Her previous employment involved over 25 years withMissouri State government, followed by work in a consultant capacity with RKV Technologies,Inc. in Jefferson City. She has earned a Master’s degree in Information TechnologyManagement from Missouri State University, Bachelor of Science in Business Administrationfrom Columbia College, PMI PMP certification, and PMI-ACP certification.

Nathan Eatherton is a charter member of the PMI Mid-Missouri chapter, having been a member for the past 22 years.  He has twice served the board as its Vice President of Communications and has also served the chapter as a volunteer for a number of other events and functions.

Nathan currently serves as the Deputy Chief Information Officer and Senior Director or Project Management at Columbia College, with prior service to the University of Missouri.  He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia College, PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and a number of IT service management certifications.

Cathy began her career as a service desk manager, often becoming the default project manager at institutions where there were none. At Columbia College she became the Director of Project Management, managing the college’s technology project portfolio and obtained her PMP. In September 2014, Cathy made a transition to the student operations side at Columbia College as Senior Director of the Enrollment Service Center. Last Fall, she was promoted to Associate Vice President of the Enrollment Services Division, which includes overseeing Financial Aid, Student Success, Enrollment Service Center and Training and Quality Assurance.

Cathy focuses on process improvements and communication enhancement for all Operations staff at Columbia College.

Cathy has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University and received her MBA from Columbia College. She is a member of the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge class of 2019 and is currently serving as the 1st Vice President of the PMI Mid-Missouri Chapter.

Debbi Stafford received her PMP certification in April 2008, and her PMP-ACP certification in January 2018. Debbi is a graduate of Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, MO, where she earned her Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration, and a graduate of Columbia College in Columbia, MO, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice, with minors both in Sociology and Psychology. She has also earned a Certificate in Leadership Development from Washington University in St. Louis. Debbi has over 30 years of
Program and Project Management experience in both county and state
government, as well as in the private sector.
 
From January 2013 – December 2014, Debbi held the Board position of VP of
Professional Development for the PMI Mid-Missouri Chapter. She implemented the process of the Board reporting PDUs for Chapter members attending Chapter events.
 
In 2013, Debbi accepted a Project Manager position in Fenton, MO. Debbi worked in Fenton while both fulfilling her position on the Mid-Missouri Chapter Board, and volunteering for the PMI Metropolitan St. Louis Chapter, working in the Programs area of registration. She managed Registration for the Chapter Dinner Meetings as well as the After-Hours Networking Meetings. Debbi was elected to the position of VP of Administration with the Metro St. Louis Chapter, effective January 2016. She completed her first 2-year term, and was reelected to serve her second term, from January 2018 – December 2019.
 
In February of 2017, Debbi accepted a position with IBM and returned to Columbia, where she is an Infrastructure Project Manager in the Client Innovation Center. Debbi remained in her position with the PMI Metro St. Louis Chapter through February 2019.
 
Debbi’s passion for project management and desire to give back to the professoin is the foundation of her wanting to take what she has learned both in project management and as a Board member for both the PMI Mid-Missouri Chapter and the PMI Metro St. Louis Chapter, and serve once again on the PMI Mid-Missouri Chapter in the role of VP of Administration.

Joshua Spurgeon is seeking election to the role of Chapter Vice President of Administration.  He has been a Mid-Missouri Chapter Member for 4-years.  Through those years of membership, he has gained valuable understanding from the shared knowledge of the PMI Community of Members.  He has 5-years of experience in the project management profession and strives to learn from others, grow as a project manager, and share the valuable knowledge gained.

Joshua works as a Product Owner for One Call Concepts, Inc. [OCC] in Jefferson City.  He has been with OCC for over 18-years serving in various roles as a Customer Service Representative, Damage Prevention Resource Center -- Supervisor, Systems Analyst (Tier I Support), and currently as a Product Owner.  He has earned an Associate’s Degree in Microcomputer Applications from Miller-Motte Technical College – Clarksville, Tennessee.  He is currently working towards a PMI PMP certification.

Deepti Manglik is seeking election to the role of VP of Volunteers. Deepti is a member of the PMI Mid-Missouri chapter since 2013. She has Master’s Degree in Computer Applications and Business Administration. She has PMI’s PMP, PMI-ACP certification, and Process Improvement certification from SixSigma.

She currently serves as IT Data & Applications Section Chief at Missouri Department of Conservation. She would love to use her experience to serve/help PMI Mid Missouri Chapter remain strong and at the top in its field.

Shirley Ellul is CFO and Digital Transformational Executive at Fischer Grading, LLC., working in Montgomery City.  Her areas of focus include Complex Program and Project Management, Business Continuity, and Innovation.  She originally hired in as CFO using QuickBooks Online, but her responsibilities have grown significantly due to the current economy.

While living in Missouri since 2001, she has been employed by Monsanto, Citi, MasterCard and IBM/Kyndryl.  Prior to that she worked for Michigan Attorney General, Unisys, and then co-owned a successful small business for over 10 years that served the tri-county Metro-Detroit area.

Her passions include helping small to mid-size business owners grow thru the standard business lifecycle of change with expansion and contraction.  She has an ingrained appreciation of the relationship of keeping a business going so you can ‘put bread on the table’, and how minute changes handled without strategy can make that relationship end.

Leisure time includes planning for her youngest daughter’s college graduation in December and enjoying the grandchildren.

Sasha is currently an IT Program Manager at Shelter Insurance. Her career began at IBM as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, then Program Manager. She holds a Bachelor's in Health Sciences from the University of Missouri Columbia, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification. She is an avid community volunteer, serving as chair for the City of Columbia’s Vision Commission and Mayors Council on Physical Fitness and Health.

Tammy Barkhoff began as Senior Data Governance Consultant for CATCH Intelligence in August 2020, and prior to accepting her most recent position, was a Project Manager and Data Governance Manager supporting the Missouri Medicaid agency’s data governance initiative and Medicaid Management Information System modularization efforts. Tammy has her Master’s in Project Management and earned her PMP certification in 2001.

Tammy has more than 25 years of project, program, and portfolio management experience, as well as, organizational process and quality improvement, including leading a division within one of the largest education publishing and assessment companies in the world to CMM Level 4. Tammy has extensive experience working with state and federal governments to implement large assessment programs, and currently, provides daily oversight and strategy execution of the Iowa Statewide Data Governance Program implementation initiative.

Rashmi has Masters in Computer Applications degree from India. She has 30 years of IT experience which includes areas of Applications Development, Solution Architect, Project Management and Leadership. She works for the State of Missouri since 2000 – started as a contractor and then accepted a full time position. 

Rashmi obtained her PMP in August of 2014 and joined ITSD (Information Technology Services Division) serving for DMH (Department of Mental Health) as a Project Manager. She performed various roles at ITSD/DMH and recently started a position of Shared Services Manager with OA/ITSD. 

Rashmi has been volunteering for the PMI Mid-Missouri Chapter since she obtained PMP. She volunteered as an ‘Event Statistical Analyst’ for many years and also helped with chapter’s website postings. She was recognized as a ‘Volunteer of the Year’ for her volunteer work during 2018. She has been serving as an VP of Communications since Jan 2020.
