Debbi began her term as our PMI Mid-Missouri Chapter President on January 1. She recently served on the PMI Metro-St. Louis Chapter Board in the role of VP of Administration and Governance. Debbi previously served on our Board in the positions of VP of Professional Development, and VP of Administration and Governance. Between those roles, she was elected to serve 2 additional terms as VP of Administration and Governance for the PMI Metro St. Louis Chapter while she worked in the St. Louis area.
Debbi returned from St. Louis to work as a Project Manager for IBM, transitioning to Kyndryl as a Senior Lead in Project Management when Kyndryl was spun off from IBM.

Sasha is an IT Program Manager at Shelter Insurance with over 14 years of experience in project management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Missouri–Columbia and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). When she’s not working, Sasha enjoys time with her family and giving back through community volunteer work.

Laura is serving her second term as Vice President of Marketing for the PMI Mid-Missouri Chapter, where she leads strategic communications, branding, and member engagement efforts. She joined the chapter after earning her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2023 and has been actively involved in supporting the chapter’s growth and visibility.
Professionally, Laura serves as Systems Assistant Deputy Director for the Missouri Department of Social Services, where she supports systems strategy and operations that help deliver essential services to Missourians. She holds an MBA with an emphasis in IT Project Management, bringing a strong blend of business, technology, and project leadership to her work.

Dan Rose, GISP, PMP, KM, DTC is a GIS Project Manager with over 25 years of experience spanning geospatial systems, enterprise GIS implementations, public safety, utilities, and large-scale data modernization initiatives. He currently leads complex NG9-1-1, indoor mapping, and data federation projects, helping organizations improve emergency response, operational readiness, and data governance across multi-agency environments. Dan is known for bridging technical delivery with project management rigor, driving improvements in Sales-to-Delivery workflows, quality control standards, and cross-team coordination.
Throughout his career, Dan has held leadership roles in both public and private sectors, including serving as GIS Manager for a mid-sized city where he led enterprise GIS adoption, public-facing data hubs, utility outage mapping, and cross-departmental GIS governance. His background includes deep hands-on experience with Esri platforms, data standards, system architecture design, and operational workflows for utilities, public safety, and infrastructure programs. He brings a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset to every engagement, balancing stakeholder needs, cost control, and long-term system sustainability.
In addition to his professional work, Dan is active in project management and professional development communities, and has been invited to serve in leadership roles supporting chapter programming and member engagement. He is passionate about mentoring, process improvement, and building repeatable delivery frameworks that help teams scale without sacrificing quality. Outside of work, Dan is deeply invested in family, belonging to his local Masonic Lodge #156, creative projects like fly-tying, scuba diving, and hands-on building and design work—bringing the same thoughtful, systems-oriented approach to everything he takes on.
