We are now taking nominations for the 2025 Chapter Board of Directors.

Vice-President of Finance
Vice-President of Membership
Vice-President of Professional Development
Vice-President of Programs
Vice-President of Volunteers
NOMINATION PROCESS:
To run for an office a candidate must:
- Nominate yourself or be nominated by a chapter member
- Send nomination to elections@pmimidmo.org
- Provide the candidate’s name, email, and phone
Requirements for office candidates:
- Be willing to serve and meet the expectations described during vetting
- Agree to an interview to respond to our vetting questions
- Be a chapter member in good standing as of 07/01/2024
- Submit a bio listing your professional credentials and why you are a good candidate for the office
NEWLY-ELECTED OFFICERS
If elected, you must be willing to:
- Attend transition activities prior to your term on January 1st
- Attend the November and December 2024 board meetings
- Attend strategic planning meeting between November and December 2024
- Coordinate personal transition activities with exiting board member
- Attend monthly evening board meetings
- Execute duties relating to your portfolio
