Meeting Overview: If you could create a template for gathering project requirements, what information would be mandatory? What are the similarities from project to project - are there enough similarities to warrant a template? Do all project requirements flow from the project scope? Please be prepared to share your thoughts and experience regarding project requirements and the possibility of a template.
