Meeting Overview:
Earned Value Management (EVM) - the basics and the benefits for project management and the PMO. Our speaker will present the foundational concepts of EVM as well as some of the real-world benefits he has experienced both as a project manager using EVM and from working within a PMO implementing EVM. EVM is sometimes referred to as performance management, and our speaker will discuss how EVM can take project management to the next level, even on very large projects. Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss EVM.
