Columbia PM Network - Project Roles and Responsibilities

Project Roles & Responsibilities

Facilitator: Jana Bott, PMP

Scheduled by popular demand!  The 2 nd meeting of the COMO PM Network will provide an opportunity for participants to share and discuss the topic of Project Roles and Responsibilities.

Although projects vary in size and composition with roles and responsibilities customized to fit the needs of the project, there are common titles in the world of Project Management. A few of the titles encountered are: Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Technical Writer, Tester, and the Project Manager. Each should have a defined role at the start of the project with expectations for assigned responsibilities. Please be prepared to share your thoughts and experience regarding the roles and responsibilities of project team members.

Bring your own lunch and plan to be involved in dynamic discussion on this topic!
