rd meeting of the COMOMO PM Network will provide an opportunity for participants to share and discuss the topic of Continuous Improvement.
How does a PM assure continual improvement of projects and processes? What information could be gathered from lessons learned? Should change management be considered? How should information be gathered and incorporated to support improvement? Please be prepared to share your thoughts and experience regarding these questions and processes that you have utilized to support continual improvement.
