Scheduled by popular demand! The 4 th meeting of the COMOMO PM Network will provide an opportunity for participants to share and discuss methods of project communication. Is there a need for a communication plan to address how multiple project managers should communicate with each other when managing the same project? As the lead project manager, is the project communication plan enough or should the PMO support a separate plan for the project managers to communicate? Please be prepared to share your experience and viewpoint regarding project communication plans – is one enough?
