The October meeting of the COMO PM Network will provide an opportunity for participants to share and discuss Stakeholder Relationships. Project stakeholders require the attention of a project manager from beginning to end - so how do we unmask them and make them less scary for our projects. In this discussion, we will talk about how to identify various types of stakeholders, tips for keeping them engaged throughout the project, and ways to plan for and manage these important groups so our projects are more successful.
