Are Project Management Offices a past fad? Do they still exist? What does today’s PMO look like? In days past we saw a lot of material for developing PMOs and then we saw a lot of material stating why PMOs fail. Does your organization host a PMO or are classic PMO functions supported in another manner? Please be prepared to share your thoughts, experience, and high hopes for Project Management Offices.
