Gifting Advice to Your PMO

Description: IIs your PMO outdated? Does your PMO still attempt to collect data from project managers who
view this as pointless overhead? If you could send a gift of advice to your PMO or your ideal
PMO, what advice would you provide? Please be prepared to gift your advice to help PMOs
contribute to the organization without seeming like a lump of coal. This meeting will be speed
rounds of scenarios and advice.
Plan to join other chapter members for the PMO Network Forum evening session, and be prepared to discuss how the PMO can contribute to the organization without being an added layer of frustration.
