Likely one of the most standard and maybe least assessed risks is security. This hour will briefly cover the top security threats to projects, some key mitigations to consider, look at the use of a standard checklist tool for organizations, and discuss using the FMEA tool (don’t know it – bring your lunch and come and learn).
