PMs often receive complex projects with processes that need to be developed or improved. - or even just understood prior to adding technology. Understanding a process can assist with technology design, process improvements, teamwork, and testing plans. Let’s take a look at a technique designed to get to a good process map so our projects are on track for successful implementation!
