Even the most entry-level project managers can usually recite the five phases of a project. Unfortunately, we often receive projects that have skipped a phase (or two) or at least did not take advantage of the key benefits of each phase.
For our next five lunch meetings, we are going to dwell on individual phases. We will recap the “what should happen,” lament the “what gets missed,” and share best practices and course correction tips. We hope you can join us for each month – but if not, we hope you will pop in for the phases where you or your teams need the most support!
