By the Book: The Agile Practice Guide - Introduction

PMI developed and produced an Agile Practice Guide with the 6th edition of PMBOK. After a high-level overview of this guide at the end of last year, we realized there is a lot of information in each section of the Guide! Join us over the next several months as we look at one section at a time and learn to incorporate the tools we discuss in our Mid-Missouri organizations!

This Month’s Topic: Introduction – We will be looking at the manifesto, mindset & methods in Agile Methodology. You will earn 1.0 Leadership PDU.
