Speaker/Facilitator: Tami Clark is a certified project manager and has managed multiple projects in Healthcare. Tami has been with MU Health for 19 years and is currently serving as the Director of Revenue Integrity for University Physicians.  Tami holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration. Tami is the Vice President of Professional Development for the PMI Mid-Missouri chapter.

PMI Mid-MO chapter VP of Professional Development Tami Clark will lead the group’s discussion around the concepts of “The Lazy Project Manager,” by Peter Taylor.  These concepts include:

• Having success with productive laziness
• Focusing project management efforts where it makes the most impact, and
• How do smart, lazy people have an edge and why are they most suited for organizational, leadership roles?
