Join us in June and July for the Summer Book Club to review Multipliers, How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter. Be sure to pick up the revised and updated edition to participate as we discuss the key strategies project managers can use to be multipliers and avoid being diminishers. This summer, let’s become leaders who bring out the intelligence and best ideas through our teams so our projects solve our biggest challenges and our teams increase their individual knowledge and ability to think more divergently.

Benefits: Participants will explore two dramatically different types of leaders and why some leaders drain energy, capability, and intelligence from their teams while others amplify it to produce better results and double their team’s effectiveness. They will learn how to be a Multiplier to help their teams succeed through Wiseman’s five disciplines that distinguish Multipliers from Diminishers. Additionally, they will understand how anyone can learn to use these skills, practices and principles to become a Multiplier, whether they are a new or an experienced project manager.
