Join us in June and July for the Summer Book Club to review Multipliers, How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter. Be sure to pick up the revised and updated edition to participate as we discuss the key strategies project managers can use to be multipliers and avoid being diminishers. This summer, let’s become leaders who bring out the intelligence and best ideas through our teams so our projects solve our biggest challenges and our teams increase their individual knowledge and ability to think more divergently.

Grab your lunch and plan to join us online.
