    Description:

As the project landscape continues to evolve, so too must our definition of success. Join us for an engaging session as we explore key insights from PMI’s Maximizing Project Success research report, which challenges traditional views of project performance and introduces a broader framework centered on stakeholder value and strategic outcomes.

During this session, we’ll highlight critical findings from the report, the importance of managing stakeholder perceptions, and the role of strategic adaptability in project execution. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss how these ideas align with success criteria in their own organizations—and to share alternative approaches and lessons learned from their experiences.

Whether you’re leading projects, sponsoring them, or contributing to project teams, this conversation will help you reframe success through a more impactful, value-driven lens.
