Featured Speakers and Sessions: 

 Anthony Reed (Keynote): Mastering M.O.R.E. in Project Management equips project leaders with a practical framework to drive clarity, alignment, and measurable results.  Kenny Freeman (DowntownToastmasters Club): Managing Expectations with Better Speaking Skills invites participants to experience the power of effective communication through a live, interactive mock Toastmasters meeting. Led by Kenny Freeman and members of the Downtown Toastmasters Club, this immersive session demonstrates how confident speaking, structured messaging, and constructive feedback can help project professionals set clearer expectations, lead more effectively, and navigate stakeholder conversations with ease.  Lisa Withers (DiSC Workshop Faciliatator): DISC in Action - Communication with Connection is a highly interactive session that helps participants transform how they communicate and collaborate. Through hands‑on activities and real‑world examples, attendees will learn to quickly recognize DISC communication styles, adapt their approach to build trust, reduce friction, and strengthen connections with others. The session focuses on leveraging differences to improve problem‑solving, decision‑making, and project outcomes, with practical techniques attendees can apply immediately.

 John Krewson (Sketch Development): Owning Project Success challenges project professionals to rethink what success really means. Framed through a practical, technical lens, this session focuses on shifting the conversation from simply completing tasks to intentionally delivering measurable value. Participants will explore how taking ownership beyond stated requirements empowers project managers to minimize waste, clarify stakeholder value, and drive both tangible and perceived outcomes. • Groups of six (6) or more attendees are eligible to receive a discount of $30 for each non-member/guest registration. 
• Register each member of your group as a Member or Non-Member as appropriate.
• Email PMIVPPD@pmimidmo.org with a list of people registered within your group as Non-Members so we can issue a issue a refund for the group discount.
• For all group registrants to be populated in email distribution, please be sure to check the "send a copy of the invoice to each participant" box at checkout (See image below)
