Kenny Freeman (DowntownToastmasters Club): Managing Expectations with Better Speaking Skills invites participants to experience the power of effective communication through a live, interactive mock Toastmasters meeting. Led by Kenny Freeman and members of the Downtown Toastmasters Club, this immersive session demonstrates how confident speaking, structured messaging, and constructive feedback can help project professionals set clearer expectations, lead more effectively, and navigate stakeholder conversations with ease. Attendees will leave with practical speaking techniques they can immediately apply in meetings, presentations, and everyday project interactions. Lisa Withers (DiSC Workshop Faciliatator): DISC in Action - Communication with Connection is a highly interactive session that helps participants transform how they communicate and collaborate. Through hands‑on activities and real‑world examples, attendees will learn to quickly recognize DISC communication styles, adapt their approach to build trust, reduce friction, and strengthen connections with others. - Groups of six (6) or more attendees are eligible to receive a discount of $30 for each non-member/guest registration.
- Register each member of your group as a Member or Non-Member as appropriate.
- Email PMIVPPD@pmimidmo.org with a list of people registered within your group as Non-Members so we can issue a issue a refund for the group discount.
