Session Description:
Missed the 2026 Professional Development Day—or attended and want to compare notes? Join PMI Mid-Missouri for an informal recap featuring the people who were there. Attendees will share their takeaways, session highlights, useful resources, and ideas worth carrying forward in brief 3–5-minute updates. It’s an opportunity to catch up on what you missed, hear different perspectives on what stood out, and identify ideas you can apply to your own projects.
We’ll also turn the conversation toward PMI Mid-Missouri itself. Chapter board members will discuss the Chapter’s strategic direction, current needs, and opportunities for members to get involved. Bring your questions and perspectives and join the conversation about what comes next for PMI Mid-Missouri.

About the Speaker:
J Scott Christianson, known to many of his students as “Prof C,” is an Associate Teaching Professor at the University of Missouri who brings project management, technology, and business concepts to life through practical, hands-on learning experiences. A frequent contributor to PMI Mid-Missouri programming, Prof C will moderate this interactive session, inviting attendees to share what they learned at Professional Development Day and facilitating the conversation with Chapter leadership about PMI Mid-Missouri’s direction and future.
