December 2020 - Annual Chapter Meeting

All chapter members and those interested in learning more about our chapter are encouraged to attend our annual chapter meeting. We will share information about how 2020 has impacted the chapter, point out some special events that occurred this year, and provide the 2020 financial report. We’ll also give attendees an opportunity to provide us with your feedback throughout the meeting. Feel free to enjoy your lunch while you connect with us online. December 2020 - Lunch PM Network – Tips and Technique from the PMBOK Agile Practice Guide

Our last five meetings focused on a back-to-basics review of the five PMBOK process groups and gave shared insight to best practices where our projects aren’t taking advantage of the key tools and inputs of each group or phase. To round out 2020, we are going to do a similar look at the PMBOK 6: Agile Practice Guide. In addition to a good review of some agile basics – we want to share tips for overcoming sticky spots and incorporating agile tools in traditional projects to keep moving our organizations toward the best possible outcomes.
