Many of us had prior experience with virtual meetings, but perhaps not to the extent we have today. We may be realizing that leading and participating in virtual meetings is more of a challenge than we would have expected. So let’s spend this morning considering 4 components of virtual meetings that we can improve on with a little awareness and some practice. This is our 2nd of five lunch meetings where we focus on individual phases. We will recap the “what should happen,” lament the “what gets missed,” and share best practices and course-correction tips.
