In Part 2 of our focus on risk planning, attendees will participate in an interactive simulated project risk assessment and risk plan development. A risk plan template will be used to capture the results. Participants will provide input to the plan, similar to a project team, and will also be able to observe how the template can serve as documentation for risk identification, ranking, strategy and plan development. Grab your coffee and breakfast, put on your risk speculation hat, and plan to take part in this interactive risk plan development.
